Tolland, CT (July 7, 2026) – A 17-year-old was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Sunday night, July 5, in Tolland, according to Connecticut State Police. The collision occurred on Crystal Lake Road near Willow Creek Drive at approximately 10:40 p.m.
Authorities identified the victim as Blake Lemire of Coventry. Investigators said he was struck by a southbound Ford Taurus carrying three passengers. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police reported that the 22-year-old driver remained at the scene and was not injured. No injuries were reported among the vehicle’s passengers.
