West Haven, CT (May 1, 2024) – A pedestrian was seriously hurt after they were struck by a vehicle that then left the scene. The accident occurred on Tuesday night, April 30. Police responded to the scene located on Boston Post Road near Gilbert Street. Serious injuries were reported as a result of the wreck, however; The victim has not been identified at this time. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital where they remain in stable condition. Police in West Haven continue to investigate.
