Connecticut Dirt Bike Accidents
Across Connecticut, collisions involving dirt bikes and motor vehicles are becoming an all-too-common occurrence, often resulting in severe injuries or worse. These accidents can have life-altering consequences for riders, who are especially vulnerable on the road due to the lack of protective barriers that cars offer. While hazardous road conditions and mechanical issues can contribute to these crashes, the majority are caused by negligent or reckless driving.
National statistics reveal that over 90% of traffic accidents are linked to human error. Inattentive driving, speeding, alcohol or drug impairment, and fatigue are among the top contributors. When these behaviors intersect with a dirt bike on the road, the consequences can be devastating. In many cases, it’s the dirt bike rider who suffers the most serious injuries, despite not being at fault for the crash.
Recovering after a dirt bike collision can be overwhelming. Victims often face steep medical bills, painful rehabilitation, lost income, and emotional trauma. If you or a loved one has been injured in a dirt bike crash caused by a negligent driver, you don’t have to go through it alone.
