Wallingford, CT (April 14, 2025) – An injury traffic accident occurred in Wallingford on Saturday morning, April 12. Police say the two-car accident occurred on McKenzie Avenue near Allen Avenue just before 9:30 a.m. According to reports, a woman was headed north on South Colony Road when it collided with another vehicle for reasons that are still being investigated by law enforcement authorities. Due to the wreck, two individuals were transported to the hospital with injuries. Both cars sustained heavy damage in the crash, and part of South Colony Road was closed while responders worked in the area. Police in Wallingford continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
