Newington, CT (April 21, 2025) – Four people lost their lives in a traffic accident in Newington on Saturday, April 19. Just after 9:00 a.m., the crash happened between three vehicles on Willard Avenue near Greenlawn Avenue. According to police, vehicles collided head-on at the intersection.
Despite life-saving efforts made by paramedics at the scene, four people were pronounced deceased shortly after the crash occurred. One other person sustained minor injuries. Police in Newington continue to investigate the details of the accident to determine its cause.
