Haddam, CT (February 19, 2024) – Emergency officials were dispatched to the scene of a major crash that occurred on Saturday in Middlesex County. The accident was reported to law enforcement just after 3:15 p.m. on February 17.
According to area law enforcement, a total of five vehicles collided on Killingworth Road, Route 81. The Connecticut State Police and firefighters with the Haddam Volunteer Fire Company responded to assist. Eleven people were reportedly evaluated and treated for injuries while at the scene. Three of the victims were transferred to area hospitals by EMS for further treatment and evaluation. The state police are currently investigating the incident.
