Willington, CT (April 29, 2024) – One person lost their life and four others were hurt in a single-car accident in Willington, police said. At approximately 10:15 p.m., officers were dispatched to River Road following a rollover crash involving a 2007 Subaru Legacy. A passenger inside, identified as Maria Damata, 19, lost her life in the accident. The four other people inside the vehicle were treated for minor injuries at the hospital.
